Welcome to OLD BUCS BARBECUE
If you’re looking for authentic Texas barbecue, you’ve come to the right place. At OLD BUCS BARBECUE we’ll give you the attention and personal service you’ll come to expect and enjoy.  At OLD BUCS BARBECUE it all starts with the wood we use.  I personally hand cut, split, and season all the oak wood that we use to smoke our meats.  Our dry rubs have evolved through the years with successfully competing in cook-offs  and many long hours of practice to give you the flavor that everyone enjoys. We offer traditional 100% smoked Texas barbecue that is prepared with hard work and personal pride.  It is my belief that these are very important components when cooking Texas barbecue!  OLD BUCS BARBECUE is a mobile vending unit that has been located in Fort Bend County since 2009. Saturday 5/12 We are catering a Wedding in Deer Park

We will not be selling BBQ in Sienna this weekend Saturday 5/12 because we are catering a wedding. We will be back selling in Sienna June 2nd.

Ridge Point Panther Fest Sat. May 5th

We will be selling BBQ in the parking lot of Ridge Point HS at the Ridgepoint Panther Fest this Saturday May 5th from 10:00am-2:00pm. We will have sandwiches and sausage wraps along with our usually whole Briskets and Sausage. We will not have Ribs. 20% of profits are given back to Ridgepoint High School.

We are selling BBQ in Sienna Saturday 4/17 @ Susan B. Coleman Benefit in the Parking lot of Grace Church and Snap Fitness. We will be selling our regular Brisket, Ribs, and Sausage along with Brisket Sandwiches, Brisket Tacos, and Sausage Wraps. We will be there starting at 9:00AM.

We are catering a family Reunion in Pearland this Sat. 4/7/12 ( We are taking Pre-Orders for Sienna Customers)
